2. Services Provided

This website offers:

• General astrological content (free access)
• Personalized consultations (paid services)
  All consultations are for guidance and entertainment purposes only and should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial consultation. Personalized consultations require accurate birth details (date/time/place) to be provided during booking. Inaccurate information voids service guarantees and may result in session forfeiture.
  
  

3. Payments

All payments for consultations are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and terms. We disclaim responsibility for Stripe’s payment processing, security practices, or compliance with financial regulations. The website does not store or have access to your payment card details.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when booking a consultation.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if younger, to use the services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You agree not to:

• Record sessions without explicit consent
• Resell consultation content
• Use services for illegal purposes

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to the website’s specific Cancellation and Refund Policy. If not stated, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

• All payments for astrology consultations are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the service is not delivered as agreed due to circumstances attributable to the astrologer.
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session fee
• Refunds will not be provided for completed consultations or for dissatisfaction with the content or outcome of the session, as astrology is a personalized and interpretative service

• Refund requests must include documentary evidence of service failure. We reserve 7 business days for investigation before rendering decisions

• In the event of a technical issue or failure to deliver the service on the astrologer’s part, please contact us within 48 hours to request a review of your case. If the issue is verified, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the contact details provided on the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

The website and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.

7. Modifications

The website reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the website owner is based.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Abusive behavior
• Payment fraud
• Terms violations
  without refund.
